Swing For A Cure 24 Final Email (#6)

Swing For A Cure Golfers,

If your team was added more recently you may have missed some of the informational emails about SFAC 24. You can catch up by going to the following link where all of them are posted:  https://foracurenw.org/press/

We can’t wait until 9 am Saturday arrives to kick off this year’s Swing For A Cure. We really appreciate your involvement as we play some great golf at Avalon Golf Links and raise some highly needed funds for The Seattle Children’s High-Risk Leukemia Program. We’ve included our Golfer Handbook PDF (there will be a hard copy in each cart on Saturday), that provides Hole by Hole Info as well as a listing of our Sponsors and other great information. Also in your cart will be the Golf Genius Code Number to allow you access into the Golf Genius APP for scoring.

  • Be sure to bring some $5s, $10s and $20s. You might want to put down some cash at those Circle Of Love Holes with a chance to Double It in the 10’ Circle around the pin.
  • You’ll have a chance to buy 50/50 Raffle Tickets at check in. The more you buy the more you save, the better chances to win!

Here’s a schedule for the day:

8:30am        Greeters Posted at Parking Lot

These Greeters will tell you where various locations are to get you oriented and will guide you to your team’s cart locations. Keys will be made available after the 11:15 am meeting.

4:30-5pm    Scramble Ends

5pm             Dinner, Silent Auction and Bucket Raffle Winner Announcements

This includes Field Prizes, Trophies, Featured Guests and Raise The Paddle (our chance to support our young friends dealing with Leukemia).

See you Saturday at 9 am!
